About Whole Girl Nutrition

Whole Girl Nutrition is run by Angie and Amy. Both are professional Nutrition Coaches, passionate about health, nutrition, and being content.

Angie has always been interested in nutrition, and helping people. After losing over 50 pounds post-pregnancy, she decided to put those two passions together and pursue a certification through Precision Nutrition. She is level 1 certified and constantly staying up to date with nutrition research.

Amy’s journey developing a passion for nutrition began as she approached the BIG 40. She noticed that she felt frequently tired, stiff, and overall unwell. These symptoms increased, as family stressors set in. Amy realized that she needed help. Not wanting to turn to conventional medicine, she knew her nutrition and lifestyle required an overhaul. Amy sought a nutrition coach, who helped her commit to making sustainable changes that incorporated low impact exercise and simple food swaps. Amy began to gain energy, confidence, and improved muscle mass/body composition. Three years later, Amy continues to utilize food as medicine. This grew her passion for nutrition so much, that she went back to school to become a Certified Nutrition Counselor. Amy’s goal is to assist other women in making lifestyle changes that allow them to live their best mental, emotional, and physical  life.

Client Testimonial

"After a lot of frustration with my weight, I tried Whole Girl Nutrition. This program is different than any other plan I’ve tried. Coach Angie set up a new way of eating for me, by counting macro nutrients designed for my body, my goals, and my activity level. After starting the program, I lost 10 lbs in the first 5 weeks. It was amazing. The food variety is extensive, and you get to pick how you want to meet your daily macros. She can show you where to find recipes, and teach you about food nutrition. Coach Angie then will set up new goals for you as you lose weight, or if you want to maintain weight. You’ll feel better and look better! And, Angie is always available to advise you, or answer questions. This program is LIFE CHANGING, and it WORKS!! You won’t be disappointed!"
